OH yes, it is Thanksgiving today. And this morning I made some homemade cranberry jelly for the very first time! I kept hearing how easy it was and it is! So easy - here is the recipe so you can make it for your leftover sandwiches!
1 bag cranberries (about 3 cups I suppose), rinsed
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Boil water and sugar in a saucepan for 5 minutes. Add berries and boil until the skins pop (about 5 minutes or so). Keep boiling until it all breaks down and put into jars and cool. Refrigerate! Consume! Probably good for a few weeks at least...
